This book was a heartfelt endeavour to get together the skills that I would teach my sisters, to teach my nieces and my female friends. There is nothing else out there like it. This is a combination of 30+ years of sports coaching and participation as well as decades of dedicated martial arts and self defence training.
This book is quite comprehensive. I don’t just show you the skills, I also make sure you learn them and get them deep into your head and fingers, so they’re there if you need them. It's my pleasure to present to you the entire skillset you need, and it's my mission to help stop any attack on you right from the start.
The book is jam packed with dozens of tips, tools and techniques, that I have personally used, and it is backed by sociological research and data from organisations that record data on attacks on women.
