This course is designed to fill you with power from the inside out, so you have an armour around you that you carry everywhere you go, whenever you go there.
But to get you full of power, let me first run through a quick orientation so you don't get lost in the course. It is going to be quite simple, and you won't believe how simple it is.

In the next week you're going to have skills you will keep with you for life. In two weeks you'll be pretty darn formidable. And in just about 30 days you're going to own some serious skills that you might want to share with family and friends so you have a massive power base that surrounds you in this life going forwards.

Most days you will need 10-15 minutes to complete the session. Some will be shorter, Some will be longer. But most will be 10-15 minutes.
You will have rest days and catch-up days. (YIPPEE!!)
You can save the emails in their own folder and come back to them to train with family and friends who you also want to empower now or later.
The ebook is a training manual and also a reference book. You should carry it with you on your phone, tablet or computer so you can access it even when you’re abroad, on holiday, in a hotel room about to go out, or anywhere you are.
The ebook has pages such as the best way to contact the police, or guidance on what to do if you’ve actually been attacked.
There are helpline numbers and much more in there. So it is a reference book as well as a training manual. We didn’t do that by accident, that was planned into the book to be as useful as it can for you.

The training is best done with a pair of boxing pads/mitts. These can be purchased from various high street sports shops or online.Â
