ONE STEP AHEAD
Strong. Certain. Sovereign.
For the woman who owns her world.

OSA Training:
If he approaches... Where's your ANIMAL? Â
Â
Where’s Your Animal?
Â
So you’ve given him the chance to walk on by.
You’ve given yourself the ability to be ready and prepared, though in a subtle way.
He should just walk on by…
and you can decide whether you’re going to continue walking in that same direction…
or make a phone call to someone who can meet you…
Â
or you’re going to walk in a new or opposite direction to where he’s gone because your very clever brain - the cleverest thing we believe has ever existed - that clever brain told you something was odd and not to go the same way.
Â
Hopefully that’s what happened.
Hopefully he wasn’t a threat at all.
But you made sure he wasn’t by taking the relevant action.
And even if he was a threat, he saw you’re wide awake and he’s just gone on his way.
Â
But - what if he approaches you, or even before he approaches you, and your brain thinks “HE’S A THREAT!!!”
Â
Because of the fact you took action, at least he in not behind you now and grabbing onto you like a gorilla. So you haven't fallen behind the game yet.
And don't forget you’ve got the skills to deal with him AND he doesn't know that you have these skills. He doesn't know you've got a palm heel that will knock his head 300 metres behind him, or a groin kick that will cause him to collide with the international space station.
and it's only BECAUSE you moved to the side, got into the covert fence that you're now ready.Â
*(if you are confused about any of this, then why have you not asked me and the team about it on YOUR Facebook group?!)
Because of the actions you have taken, you can deal with this person.
You’ve got the knowledge to shout and be loud. You know how to hit seriously hard.
But there is one skill missing that you really need for real situations:
It’s the skill to go animal.
We’ll cover more of that in a second
But first -

STEP 4: HE’S A THREAT!!
DEAL WITH IT!
Â
If your brain is telling you this person is a threat, then that means they are.Â
Otherwise why would it be telling you that?
Your brain is much cleverer than you are!Â
Your subconscious mind that is, is far more intelligent than your conscious/thinking mind, so let it do what it’s done best for a good few millennia.
Obey it’s signs.
Be ready and take action.
Whether you choose a pre-emptive attack (hit him first) or you are a little slow and get hit or grabbed, you need to read Page 212.
Because in a real attack, you need to use your visceral being to fight for your life, you need to go animal, and Page 212 Something Vicious His Way Comes tells you all about what that means.
All the skills you have practised so far are really great. They really add to your ability immensely. But the number one thing you need to do is GO ANIMAL.
Those skills you’ve learned so far, they will be ready under the surface. They will automatically come into play and make you super able. You've practised them; you've understood them and got them into your bones. So going animal is where you need to be right now.
Get angry. Go animal. Save yourself. Get away.
We will go over this again tomorrow but for now, just remember to go animal.
